Q. Do I have to sign a contract?
A. No. Service is month to month you can cancel at anytime. If you are happy, you will stay. If we are not doing our job, then we will lose you as a customer.
Q. Do I have to pay anything up front to get started?
A. No. We do ask that you sign a gentleman’s agreement stating that when we do get your video to page one of Google for the agreed buying keyword that you pay the agreed amount.
Q. Can I get a refund?
A. Yes. If within the first 30 days you are not satisfied with the results for whatever reason we will issue a full refund. A true no risk offer.
Q. Is is true that you will work exclusively with me?
A. Yes! We will only work for you not your competition. For example we will only work with one plumber from Boise, ID.
Q. What if I don’t like my current video, or I don’t have a video, can you make me a high quality video?
A. Yes! Please contact us for more details on how to get a high quality video made.
