Let me start off by telling you this is a no nonsense review. I’ll remove the crap you may have read until now and give you the facts.

TRUTH IS: You’ve got a better possibility of getting hit by a train than finding an unbiased review online. Everyone is more concerned in making profits than telling the truth. Honestly, I do not have the spare time or even the desire to sell. If it’s great it’s great. If not, then I will say so.

What exactly is The Truth About 6-Pack Abs? The Truth About Abs was written by Mike Geary. He’s the one that made TruthAboutAbs.com and The Truth About Six Pack Abs, Busy Man Fitness.com. Both have been seen as very successful

The Truth About Abs was rated the number one e-book by Clickbank, but that just means it had lots of people promoting the course.

I usually research the person’s track record before I purchase something. This means that I had to determine if The Truth About Six Pack Abs was any good. As it turns out, it was very good but it wasn’t all that good.

To tell the truth, it was a very good book but a lot of the stuff I already knew. Nevertheless, I did like his thoughts about working out in the home. That aspect was easy to understand and simple to do

Yet again, let me remind you that I won’t spew out all the promotional hype. I will give you details to help you to make your own conclusion.

What exactly do you get?

You get a e-book. The book is basically a training guide book regarding how to get the abs you want. There is no software and no added frills.

The Good and The Bad

While Busy Man Fitness is tailored for home workout, The Truth About Abs focuses on workouts carried out largely at the fitness center. It doesn’t reveal any “insider secrets” however it will dispel common myths.

If you’re looking for a lazy man’s approach to 6-pack abs, this isn’t for you. You have to exercise to get results. However, in case you already exercise and can’t seem to get 6-pack abs, then this will help.

My own experience wasn’t so impressive given the hype. I did not shed 7 inches in 11 weeks, but after 3 months, my abs did start to show.

You will understand a bunch of neat things like:

* The exact research behind getting defined abs

* Healthy Diet & Nutrition Science

* Over 50 exercises

* The myth that cardio is the “answer”

You’re going to get tons of information, maybe a bit too much information.

Essentially, you learn that it takes commitment so you can get 6-pack abs.
